Everything you need to know before booking your first call.
Book a free 10-minute Pain-Free Plan Call. We'll talk through your goals, joints, injuries, experience, and schedule — and confirm if Theorem is the right fit. If it is, the next step is the Diagnostic Assessment.
No. Most of our clients start feeling stiff, weak, or out of shape — that's exactly why they found us. The Diagnostic Assessment starts with where you actually are, not where you think you should be.
Theorem is designed specifically for adults 40+. If you're under 40 but have a complex injury history or specific needs, reach out and we'll have an honest conversation about whether we're the right fit.
None at all. The Assessment starts from scratch — we don't assume anything. Complete beginners are welcome and common.
A joint-by-joint movement screen, strength and balance testing, mobility analysis, cardiovascular health check, and a full injury history review. You leave with a written personalized roadmap.
60–90 minutes, in person at our Bonita Springs location.
Yes — we don't build your plan until we understand how your body actually moves. The $497 is fully applied toward your first training program if you decide to continue. There's no pressure to commit.
Yes — the Assessment is designed specifically for people with complex histories. We'll assess what's safe and build from there. Bring any paperwork or surgeon notes if you have them.
Pain-Free Foundations is for clients who have significant pain, stiffness, or mobility limitations. It restores pain-free movement before loading. The Strength Phase is for clients ready to load — it builds strength using joint-safe, isometric-based training in 12-week phases. Your Assessment determines which you start with.
Concierge is fully private — you and Dominick, every session, with maximum flexibility. IsoStrong is a pod of 4 max where each person has individual programming but trains alongside a small group. Both use the same Theorem system.
Typically 2× per week. Sessions are 30 minutes. For the Jiu Jitsu program, sessions run 2× IsoStrong (30 min) + 2× Jiu Jitsu (60 min) per week.
Most clients notice a meaningful difference in pain and mobility within the first 4–8 weeks. Visible strength and body composition changes typically come around the 8–12 week mark. We re-assess every 12 weeks and track progress formally.
Yes. Most clients build their strength foundation first, then add Jiu Jitsu once their body is prepared for it. The Assessment will tell us what the right sequence is for you.
